  I purchased a lawn mower from the Christchurch Branch which i had continual problems with and was still under warranty.I was not a happy bunny as this had been in for repair 3 times already.I admittedly was not the happiest person when i entered the store.Nick Gale acted very professionally and diffused the situation immediately .It is refreshing to know customer service skills are not dead.The situation was quickly resolved.May i take this opportunity to thank the lady that also helped me later, sorry i did not catch her name.I presume the lawnmower i bought may have been a one off bad batch as i was told they were pretty reliable by all accounts.Thank you B&Q it is nice to know you can purchase from this store with trust.
