  These people took my money and never delivered my order. I called them several times over the following weeks and months and was fobbed off with excuse after excuse. Eventually they started hanging up on me when I called. No refund ever received. There are a further 13 reviews of this company associated with a different address, including two fake 5 star reviews from the owner, Glen Tizzard. Google for "tool shop, 11 High St, Christchurch BH23 1AB". It looks like the original place on Google Maps has been deliberately edited to hide the bad reviews.
