- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-09, by Natalie GottBEWARE OF CARPARK CHARGES!!! As a new resident I used Waitrose for the first time yesterday for a quick 15 minute shop. Although impressed with the food and service my experience was tarnished somewhat after receiving a car parking fine. I drove straight into the space in front and didn’t realise that it was pay and display (never known this before). My fine costing me more than my shopping. Suffice to say I will not be returning and will stick to Sainsbury’s up the road- where no charges are made!!!
